I just had some blood work done because i have been haveing alot of muscle spasms and really tired all the time. Some days it hurts to get up and down. i am only 49 years old. All my blood work came back okay except my Vit D was a little low and my B-12 was extremely high. It was over 6000. My family doctor said she has never seen a B-12 that high. Is this anything to be concerned about. I am to have it retested after the first of the year. What are your thoughts?

I would contact the lab and ask for an explanation. Just about every lab in the US only calibrates up to 2000. Some below that even. If you were taking a supplement and did not stop it about 5-7 days before testing, you will test high. Labs make mistakes...I'd clarify this result, therefore.
