Default My neuro story

Sciatic nerve pain down my right leg drove me to undergo disc surgery in 2010. I have never walked properly again, as right foot developed foot drop and both legs feel like someone else's from the knees down. But the worst part is I've lost my balance since the surgery and must walk with right foot dragging and a stick in each hand so I don't fall over. I guess I'm lucky that I have no pain.

Have had MRIs and consulted with 3 neurosurgeons, who advise my condition is permanent. A few weeks ago I read online about a product called Nerve Support Formula and I've been taking 2 capsules in the morning and two at dinner. Ingredients are a blend of Benfotiamine and Methyl B12.

Has anyone else tried this product? If so, what results can I expect, please? I'm hoping for a miracle.

Welcome to NeuroTalk:

It may help or it may not. If you are deficient in B12 it may help.
You can get B12 testing to find that out.

Oral B12 is not well absorbed when taken with food. It must be taken on an empty stomach because very little is actually absorbed, and presence of food blocks its absorption.
So for best results take it 1 hr before any food, and on an empty stomach.

You can read about B12 here:

Hi there, Welcome

My name is Melody and I take 5000 of Methyl B-12 every morning, on an empty stomach. It has helped my neuropathy TREMENDOUSLY.

I wish you well.

Take care

Melody
