Default Help pls. Cereberal aneurysm, SNPN, IVIG

Hello. I'm a new member. I need advice on IVIG with people with cerebral aneurysm (diagnosed March 2013). I have SNPN (diagnosed late 2013, lead to discovery of aneurysm due to MRI) but mostly clean neurological tests. Got the results today on a paraneoplastic panel, normal, except for elevated acetylcholine receptor and binding antibodies which usually signals myasthenia gravis.

Which they do not think I have. I do not have any muscle weakness, per se, but I have had a decline in vision. No-one is talking about occular MG so far. They are following up with body CT scans, colonoscopy, mamo, etc., to rule out cancer, but are talking of auto-immune disease and prescribing IGIV over steroid therapy. Any thoughts would be SO welcome. I am overwhelmed by this new information given the two issues I am dealing with already. Please tell me also, where to post to get best results. Thank you.
