Hi, follow up ... what is the difference between occiptial neuralgia and occipital neuritis? I don't think I'm really following.

neuralgia is damage to the greater and lesser occipital nerves and neuritis is just inflamation, and not actual damage, to those nerves. You can have inflammation without damage. This is of course just over simplifying things but this is the best way to explain without confusing you.
