Gage,
Regarding the B12 deficiency, please read my site (won't take very long to explore). Cyanocobalamin is not the only option, even though you would think so to talk to most medical people, who are decades behind. Cyanocobalamin is the least efficient form of B12. The body must be able to convert it to real B12 before it can be used, and some people are not good at that conversion. And autonomic dysfuncion, orthostatic hypotension, cold and heat intolerance, and all of the other things you mentioned, are on the huge list of things that affect many people due to deficiency. rose
