Default trigeminal neuralgia type 2

hi. my name is sam. i have suffered from what has been diagnosed as type 2 trigeminal neuralgia. i can go a few days with no atacks and then it starts - in my right eye for up to 36 hours. if feels like there is a knife in my eye. i cant bear light or pressure. i vomit and my ear and scalp and neck is all affected. i get dizzy. i also start to lose the sight in my eye and my eyelid droops. nothing seems to work. the attacks are affected by the cold and the light and i believe stress? i also am finding that night time driving is proving hard work. the last 2 attacks i have nearly passed out prior to an attack starting and also it feels like my heart is beating very hard and fast causing me to be sweaty. i am getting concenred and frightened by the heightened severity and new symptoms. can anyone reassure or advise me

I have Type II TN as well. Mine is in the third branch affecting my teeth, jaw, cheek and ear on the left side.
Are you on any medication? Or have you tried any medication?
