Confused New member

I am a new member trying to find some help with my husband of 26 years some help with his chronic conditions. He has PTSD from the Gulf War and suspect he has Gulf War Syndrome. I am in a desperate search to find some kind of help for him while the military drag their feet on research and treatment for this syndrome. He has chronic Migraines, abdominal pain, fatigue, diarrhea, dizziness and general chronic pain. Does anyone have someone in their lives with these conditions or know of somewhere we can turn for help?
