A little over 7-Months ago, I was sitting in my office at home. Supposedly my Daughter came home from Cheer-leading practice and I was unconscious on the floor. I woke several days later in ICU with tubes everywhere, but i still don't remember it. Brain Biopsy's, Mayo Clinic, Several Hospitals, Blah, Blah, Blah it was determined that I had Limbic Encephalitis due to a rare infection of Voltage-Gated Potassium Channel Antibodies.
After several month at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, I was released to a rehab facility where I'm almost whole again. The problem is, that over the past few days, I get a momentary rush of vertigo and only happens once or twice a day. I don't remember the 16-Grand Mal Seizures, So I don't know if this can be a precursor of more seizures. I don't want to live through that hell again and I certainly don't want my Family to go through it. Any advice? |
