Hi everyone, I am so glad to find this site. I have peripheral neuropathy in feet and it is now beginning in my hands. I am not diabetic, have spinal nerve damage that is causing this. I have just gotten R-Lipoic Acid and Benfotiamine and CO=Q10 to take for this. I am on Gabapentin for this, but it really doesn't help very much, that is why I am trying the alternatives. If anyone can give me any help on this, I would be so appreciative. Looking forward to chatting with you.

So glad you found this site...it's been a lifesaver for me.

I have small fiber neuropathy from having diabetes and 6 rounds of chemo. It's in my feet, hands and upper right arm. So sorry you had to come here but I know you'll get lots of info from these wonderful people.

I am currently taking gaba and Cymbalta for mine but I'm still not where I want to be. I still have to use vicodin and Xanax for the pain.
