Default I need help

Long story short, sat I was n a car w a gyy and gis wife. Guy was designed driver. Apparently he had taken rx pain pill. Ge didn't disclose this information to us, blacked out (has no memory of the incident). Got violent behind the wheel. No accident, but when wife asked him to let us our of the car he s lammed on breaks locking my belt. Then proceeded. Something triggered his anger again, he jerked the wheel where I hit my head. My husband and I went to er twice, and dr, confirmed concussion and virdigo and now I'm struggling to walk. Is this normal? Standing still I'm ok. But I struggled to keep my balance and shake bad when walking. We r waiting for results from ct scan.
