Thumbs Down large arachnoid cyst with concussion symtoms

I am 71 and have a concussion from a hard fall. It has been two weeks, but the headaches and symptoms of the concussion remain. During my Cat scan, the emergency room discovered a huge arachnoid cyst in the front of my brain.

I have had no serious symptoms from the cyst in the past. Will this cyst delay my healing from the concussion or will the concussion put additional pressure on the cyst? I have decided not to get an MRI or persue removal of the cyst at this time.

Thanks,
Lori
