Default epilepsy advice , am new

Hi everyone , Im new to this site and I would be really grateful to at last have people to talk too. I have suffered from epilepsy for 17 years and still feel alone in this battle. In my country there is no support suffering from seizures. I also have stress seizures. I really would love some new people and friends to confined in because there is only so much you can tell others.
Hope to hear from you.
Kind regards ,
Chelsea
