Default Hello Friends!

I am a 37 year old mom, teacher, and marathoner. I have been diagnosed with with ADD inattentive type- but I really have EFD. Planning, deadlines, and schedules have officially ruined the quality of my life! RX'ed meds for ADD, but that doesn't help with EFD. Can't find anyone that gets me, hoping to make some connections here

Hi good@otherthings,
Welcome to the NeuroTalk Support Groups.

Do you mean Executive Dysfunction - executive functioning disorder?

We do have an ADD/ADHD Forum here but nothing specific to executive dysfunction if that's what you have. You could try posting there. I think I remember older posts from members talking about executive dysfunction.

The sister site also has some info. if you use the search feature at the top right of the page.
http://psychcentral.com/

I have some old bookmarks from when my children were younger. Some of that relates to adults as well. It can sometimes be seen as a comorbid condition in people who have conditions like Tourette's Syndrome and Asperger's Syndrome amongst other things.
