Frown Teeth bone graft problem!

Hi! I'm new just joined,so unsure how it works.
Had a root canal with crown a few years ago. It has bothered me all the time, every dentist visit I complained. My dentist was out sick and a new fill in. I told him the problem and he sent me for a 3-D scan which found a small infection just below the root. My regular dentist pulled the entire tooth, went in and zapped it with I guess a lazor to kill the infection and put me on antibiotics. Couple weeks or so later he put in a cadaver bone graft with antibiotics. Now couple months later it is hurting again down below or the base of the old root or where it was. I just don't know why I'm having such issues! The bone graft took nicely. Help to what is happening or solutions or answers. Maybe a different dentist? He has a good reputation!
