Hello priyanka rao,
welcome to the NeuroTalk Support Groups. Here is the link to the Spinal Disorders & Back Pain Forum Thoracic Outlet Syndrome Forum I'm leaving the TOS Forum link because I know there are posts in there regarding similar problems so if you repost over there, someone may have some suggestions for you. You could also try the Forum Search for specific keywords. I'm curious as to why this has developed. Do you sit at a desk to work or study? Reason I ask is that my daughter has problems that sound similar and she has to be careful with the way she sits when she's studying. For a while her neck was very problematic but she's more aware now and has made some adjustments to the way she sits. all the best... |
