I have pudendal nerve issues on the right side.
This is not that uncommon a condition, but unfortunately it is very often misdiagnosed; it takes a lot of special training to be able to separate pudendal nerve problems from cystitis, prostatitis, or other conditions in the area that can cause similar symptoms. There are actually relatively few people who have had surgery for this, and not many get very good outcomes; physical therapy and other more conservative approaches are definitely worth trying first.
