Confused i need help with my nerve pain

I got ran over by a car trailor 2 years ago. I broke 18 ribs , broke my right shoulder , cut open my head and tore my a.c.l. and m.c.l. on left knee, also broke 4 virteerbre on lower right side of back. Also while recovery I had both my lungs punctured. 2 years later and I,m going threw uncontrolled body spasms and pain skies that happen threw out my body,the spasms are strong enough to lift my whole body off my chair, and the pain can reach an intense ( 8-9).
