Question New here, Hello All!!

OK, here is my problem:: I need to know exactly what this MRI is telling me, here is what it says:
1. Left paracentral disc protrusion at T8-T9 causing mild effacement of the left ventral lateral spinal cord without definite cord signal abnormality.

2. Left paracentral disc extrusion of T11-T12 with mild effacement of the thecal sac without definte cord contact.:confused.
