Default I Dont know where to turn numbing burning tingling

this is my first post. im 36 yr old female. I've been sick awhile now over 4 months. I'm very ill. Went to dentist had ab reaction to numbing meds. Pain numbness tingling started in my feet and has worked its way all up through my body. Its litterally head to toe now. My face and neck are becoming to feel like paralized a bit. My extremities are cold very cold. feel like feet and hands ares sitting in ice buckets. My back hurts but mri show nothing wrong. I had a baby about 8 weeks before all this started. i feel like im dieing a slow painful death. Not sure what happened. Ive lost over 30 lbs too. I was taking vit d 10,000ius and two teaspoons cod liver oil. i stopped those and the buzzing feeling went away in my extremities. ive been very constipated for quite awhile now since all this started. i'm exhausted. i have 5 kids and my youngest in now 6 months. I had her by c-section. my body temp is very low. 96.0 - 97.4 any higher than that and my neck feels like swells and i get feeling like bands wrapping around my arms. My body does not handle heat at all. im scared i dont think my body sweats now. ??? I hope somebody can help me. Nobody beleives me im sick. ive alwasy been healthy and now im miserable with no support. the numbing feeling really scaring me since its into my neck face and head even heart area. I need to sleep sitting up or i wake up with extra numbing feeling. all tests coming back as if im fine but i know something is seriosly wrong. What can i do to get help i need?

Hello momoffive,

I just wanted to welcome you to the NeuroTalk Support Groups and say that I'm really sorry you're feeling so badly.

I also wanted to ask if you've had thyroid tests done at all?

Default Push

Hi im sorry to hear how bad you are feeling - it doesnt sound like nothing to me.

In my experience push push push - you shouldnt have to do this but we do you need to harrass them until they take notice - it took me 18 years to get diagnosed because i just lived with my symptoms after being told i was fine by at least 5 different doctors, eventually one dug a bit deeper and found the cause now im waiting on an operation.

They are quick to say its nothing but you need to keep pushing until they dig deeper, dont just live with it, you know your body but make sure you tell them exactly how bad it is.

Let us know how you get on :-)
