Default Does all this tingling mean burning in the end?

I was tested with a skin punch that said to retest as showed no SFN but some damage was shown. That was a couple yrs ago. I had not given my neuropathy much notice till NOW.

I asked before IF ANYTHING can make this worse as now my tingling is worse in my upper arms and now I feel it when I am sitting in my rear and my back at night/head tingle all night. And my nose is tingling now on and off. I have always had a nerve here or there buzz for days then stop but nothing all over like this. Oddly enough my feet are more quiet and not frozen like they get in winter. I don't know if once they stop vibrating if that means loss of sensation.

I wonder now if there is something I should have been doing to slow this for the yrs of knowing I have PN.

If I have SFN it seems like I would have more issues as most on here seem to get bad really quick. So far I am ok with walking and such as that. I am starting to feel more sharp pricks though. The tingling is starting to get to me. I don't know how this all of a sudden seems to be where it never was. Is this how it goes?? I hope it calms down in some areas and goes away!!

Does tingling always lead to burning pain. All these drugs are just too sedative for me so hoping this is not the case. Thanks for the help as usual
