Default Scared as Heck

This is the worst I have ever experienced. I am so scared and do not know what to do. I cannot sleep very well, my thoughts get mixed, paranoid to drive. Putting on a brave face and going to work tomorrow. How long does this last? (I am 1 week after concussion)

Hi Holly,
Welcome to the forums.

Here's the link to the Traumatic Brain Injury & Post Concussion Syndrome Forum

I'd suggest posting over there.

So sorry that you're feeling so bad. If you're feeling really bad I would be going to the hospital or getting checked by your doctor and I'd certainly learn as much as I could about recovery from concussions so that you can heal faster. 1 week is very soon to be returning to work especially seeing you feel so badly.

take care, will see you at TBI forum probably.
