Default Newbee

Hi,

Am new to the forum and wanted to introduce myself.

Am 43 years old married working woman with 2 kids. Most days I will say I am lucky and blessed. My work has been recognized and acknowledged.

My reason to join the forum, I am trying to work on some of my anger issues which time to time overwhelms me and I find myself grappling with panic attacks and depression.

Hoping to be able to find support and some work through.

Regards,
Zasper
