Default Hello I'm Granny Aggie nursing PCS for 3 years

Hi everyone I'm English and new to this site. I was diagnosed with Post Concussion Syndrome 3 years ago. It arrived in my life flying on a rock a pupil with behavioural difficulties threw at my head! OUCH!!!
I'm so pleased I found this community who seem to understand the frustration of living with PCS. Thank you for all the great advice I've read so far.
I've learned not to fight but accept what my body is telling me and to 'go with the flow'. Rest when I need too is so important.
It's not the life I want but it's the life I have so I try to pack as many Woo Hoo moments into it. Stay strong and big hugs to those on the same journey.

Wise words indeed. I've moved on from 'wanting to be me again' and accepting the life I have now and enjoying it as much as I can.

Peace and love to you.
