Hi all!
I'm on my second week recovering from concussion, taking multivitamins, L-Lysine, Citicoline, Q-10 / ubiquinol, B-12, B-6 (injections), Omega-3 (purified salmon oil), aescin, diosmin, vitamin K-2, vitamin E (full spectrum: tocopherols, tocotrienols). Not sure when can I start exercise? |

Here's the link to the Traumatic Brain Injury and Post Concussion Syndrome Forum At the top of the forum there are "Sticky" threads that contain information posts such as research, websites, posts on hope and healing and other useful links. One of them is the vitamin thread below. Vitamin and Supplements Regimen thread If you make a post over on the main forum there, I'm sure you'll receive support and information about your questions. 2 weeks post concussion is very early days really so I hope you're taking care of yourself and taking quiet rest as much as you can. take care. |
