Default Frequent and frustrating paresthesia

Hi,

I am abhi, 30 yo male. For the last couple of years I am experiencing paresthesia(pins and needles feeling) on a daily basis and the site is not constant. It is generally in my hands and legs but it can happen on any hand or any leg. If I am holding an object tight for a few minutes it happens in my hands. I get it in the morning when I wake up generally in my leg. If I put some pressure on my feet I get it in my feet. The paresthesia does not stay for long and generally goes away within 10 to 20 minutes. But it has started to interefere with my daily living.
Any suggestions on what could be causing this ?

Thanks,
abhi

Hi and Welcome,

You will find good support here. I think it is very optimistic that your symptoms are are intermittent and resolve after a short while.

I hope you get full relief soon,
