Default Tenesmus

Any one out there suffer tenesmus
Through intervention in child birth my left side pelvic floor was ripped from my side?It took the medical fraternity after many visits to numerous doctors over 4 years to find this out. I was doing possibly 4 colonic lavage a day and night to know that I wasn't going to be incontinent.
6 operations later,I now have a colostomy and 6 inches of colon removed and held up by a mesh,so am a mess,my symptoms still persist. The symptoms are continuos from morning to night,I have no relief. It has stolen the last 12 years of my life.
I have made the mistake of going privately for this condition and have been left high and dry with no after care or thought of referral. It seems to be outside their box of knowledge therefor untreatable.Any one have any thoughts on this.
I wake each morning to this nightmare and only get relief when I'm knocked out.
Spend my days smoking cannabis which affords me some relief, also am on gababentin ,just started.tried before I was diagnosed and messed about with am waiting to see if it gives me any relief ,have just started am on 600 a day. Any one ,any where have any thoughts or ideas of help. Its a nightmare to have this urge of a full bowel day and night.Am absolutely doped to the eye balls daily and have no life worth speaking of.any help out there please.
