Hello and welcome. Lots of helpful people and info here. You didn't mention what you are experiencing from the fall.

I joined a few months ago mostly because I ended up with nerve damage from hip replacement in 2010....5 yrs post op soon and thigh is about 80% numb. I was able to just about get rid of burn/tingling with two nerve supplements I found from a naturopath so that burning is gone, but nerves not restored.

I also deal with lifelong osteoarthritis. Let us know more about your health issues. I spend a lot of time on the vitamins/supplements section here. Love alternative healing.

Default Brain trauma

Yes I should have mentioned what I've been going through its like this feeling of being constantly stressed or overwhelmed and things I used to enjoy make me super anxious , I'm struggling understanding things at work and remembering important things .. Sometimes my Brain feels almost empty like things I used to know I don't anymore and I get this feeling like I'm always forgetting something ... There are many other things interfering with daily life and people don't get what's going on with me so they treat me like I'm an idiot , I don't know how much more I can take .. I'm supposed to see a neurologist but the referral is taking long , basically long story short I went out to a bar and tripped and fell down a flight of stairs stupidest thing I've ever done . I hope there are ways to make this better , I appreciate everyone's input .

Thanks
Keltie
