Default Hello from Japan

Hi my name is Matt.
I`m a German living in Japan for over 10 years now after moving here from London with my Japanese wife and 2 kids.
I run a screen print shop in Osaka.
For at least 18 years I`m suffering from anxiety and OCD, never got any treatment for either of those. My father had depression so has my brother, fir to say it runs in the family.
For almost a year I`m experiencing some strange symptoms on which I`ll elaborate more in another post.
Just wanted to say hello for now.
