Default Hello!

Good morning! Today is going to be a good, no great day! This is how I've been told to start your good brain chemicals running in the right direction. Lol....very very difficult at times. Finding this webpage is a positive action.

I am a widow, diagnosed with a hoist of physical and mental characteristics. Notice I did not say impairments, disabilities or bad stuff. I am a mother of a wonderful man (I'm his biggest fan), student intern (Peer Recovery Coach), former aviation maintenance guru (first female assigned to the Tiltrotor manufacturing flight line), early retired way too soon and hovering in my fifties.

I do believe brain chemicals rule the world and one day I will publish something that helps people.
I am adding this webpage to my daily mantra and I hope you beautiful, highly intelligent folks have a great day!
