Many are busy during the day and by evening they have more time to think I guess.

I've done my share of worrying in my 77 yrs and for me, it has all worked out so far. The future, how ever long that is for me, will all evolve. I worked for 40 some yrs but know now I didn't start saving early enough...but would I do my life differently, probably not...some things YES.

If your issues are financial, learn how to live simply, I've done that in my life.

We have to learn how to let go of fear. Meditation helps a lot with so much of our life issues.

Lara gave you a lot to think about too.
