Default Check this helmet out -- headaches :(

so I did this to my head in january, headaches and dizzyness i assume a concussion, took it easy, recovered in about 6 weeks, was back to normal, working out exercising fully

end of august did a front flip, tried to stand up had the spins, later that night lying in bed turned head to the right had the spins, I had vertigo for a few days, the vertigo is now gone, but since then I have had headaches and light dizzyness -- 125 days of headaches

seen two neuroligsts they told me tension head aches, i dont believe it, i never had headaches really before, and tension headaches dont explain dizziness

i just dont know what to do any more, the past 4 months have been the worst of my life thats my introduction btw

Hello and welcome to the NeuroTalk Support Groups.

I'm sorry to read about your accidents and the problems you've been experiencing since then.

You should check out the

Traumatic Brain Injury & Post Concussion Syndrome Forum

There is a lot of valuable information in the "Sticky" threads at the top of that forum as well that you may like to read.

I hope you can sort out the reason for the headaches and dizziness. Vertigo and dizziness can happen for many different reasons and it can get complicated after head injury. There is a lot of good info on vestibular.org regarding vestibular issues if you get the time to read that as well.

Hoping you have a fast recovery.
