Keep doing what you are doing....healing thyself with your brain and wisdom. All you are doing is working for you...so to say one thing...I don't think so. I use many "things" and I know I'm many years older than you and all in all doing OK in spite of things I deal with.

I think it's been a 'holistic' approach, must as my Dr HATES that word. I stand by it!
