This is an old post.
The acne reported with B12 is typically dose related. And the original poster is using a very high dose, pulsed, even after benefits have resulted. He could and probably should go oral now and see what happens. with a maintenance dose of 1mg oral daily. When you inject 10,000mcg you get all of them into the bloodstream. Orally you do NOT get 1000mcg into the blood the same way. You get about 10% or less. Also I wonder about the folic acid. Low folate creates acne. If he is not methylating that folic acid to methylfolate, he may be having problems with THAT.
