Hey everyone,
I'm new here and wanted to introduce myself. 29 year old male who's always suffered from anxiety for as long as I can remember. Both generalized anxiety disorder and hypochondriac. Recently my partner and I were in a car accident, we were rear ended, and I was diagnosed with a mild concussion. It was the weekend before we went on a trip to Boston so the doctor said it was ok if I still went. Well it ended up being a good trip but we were on our feet a lot and when I got home and back to work I really started feeling crappy. I went back to the doctors and he gave me this week off to rest but it seems like every day I just feel a different symptom - dizziness, foggy, headaches, tingling, pressure in my head. I'm starting to feel like no matter how much I rest or sleep Im not going to get better. I'm here for some support and success stories. Does anyone have any tips or advice or a kind word to help me feel better? Thanks Scoots86 |
