Oh hello there Gerry .. long time no speak/read/write.

It's good to be back.

Having a rough week or so tiring out Baclofen again. Did hope I'd been 'imagining' the side effects from the last time I tried it, but noooo. Eugh!

Stuck at the moment with a massive back spasm that is taking over, but I,will start to post more and show an interest in other people's posts.

I tend to wander round too, I must admit. Facebook is probably my main way of keeping in contact with others and gossiping, aswell as giving support to others in Chronic pAin Groups.

I'll never forget just how good this place was for me though and all the wonderful support and care I got.

Take care and I'll have a nosey on posts and see what trouble you've been causing.
