Smile

So sorry you're experiencing these symptoms. I too have numbess in the right side of my face and chin. (you can read my story on (Broken Wings). You've had some good advice from others. Yes, I too have found B-12 to help with my symptoms. I buy mine at the GNC store. It's sublingual also. (under the tongue) After many years now, I've also found that muscle relaxers relieves my facial symptoms. I feel like I'm eat up with muscle spasms. they're very painful and puts you out of sorts with everything. I have a really hard time finding a comfort zone for any position, for any length of time. Sometimes it's many days and many nights before I can get comfortable for any length of time. I'm really feeling the effects of the prolonged lack of sleep and discomfort. I've also had relief from my neck symptoms from epidural injections X 3 and physical therapy. As bad as I dislike taking pills, I've found that they're very necessary for my symptoms. No pills; more problems.

Hope this helps in some way.

Hang in there.
