Confused Lookin 4 answers

I am an adult with A.D.H.D.and I was wondering if there was a way to get a animal to help me become stronger and not soo stressed out and to keep me company through my day? I wish that I could get one to help me cope with my bad days. I have many times thought of death because I don't get appreciated by people and animals are my stress relievers... Can anyone help me? Please?!!!!!
