Default Take a Mental Status Exam
It seems unlikely that a knock to the head would increase your intelligence, but it might make you *feel* more intelligent. To get a less subjective appraisal of your intelligence, you might want to take an IQ test or even something like the Mini Mental Status Exam (MMSE). Some people feel more intelligent when they are on certain kinds of drugs, but are they really? A knock on the head might have a similar effect.
