Default Tos

I am a 43 year old active mother who has recently been diagnosed with neurogenic tos. Surgery has been scheduled but I am freaking out. The pain in arms is bearable. I have a weird clicking and catching behind my collarbone. No one seems to know what that is. I also have intense pressure in my neck and up the base of my head. If anyone out there has some insight I would be so grateful
