Default Hello!
Hi! I'm new to this. Looking for support to grow emotional resilience as the caregiver of someone with a neuro-muscular disease. Don't know what to expect Psychologically or Physically as the disease progresses. Would appreciate any wisdom, techniques etc for the emotions. Thank you!
