Hi there,
I am Andrew I am in Charlotte NC. I have been diagnosed with a bulging disc in my neck which is causing radiating pain in my left shoulder including pain to pinky on left arm and at times to right arm. I am trying to not stress about it. I have been doing my home PT and doing some light walking. Having problems with sleep I am taking 200 mg of Gabapentin and 50 mg of Tramadol. Has anyone had success in having such a condition go away using PT. I am seeing a Osteopath, physical therapist and a accupuncturist. Can anyone please advise? |
