Default first step options for neurological overwhelm?

if i can't handle clinics as a first step, who can help me understand options for neurological overwhelm?

I don't feel good posting my distress to the whole internet, so I wondered for example if there's people like peers or respites, but for physical overwhelm

like there is some for mental overwhelm. my physical overwhelm has cognitive symptoms and emotional overwhelm too, but it feels like a physical thing more than those

though the emotional overwhelm is what got me asking. the physical overwhelm makes me unable or scared to try relief by physical activity, with the pain and increased overwhelm that'd happen. so it seemed increasing overwhelm didn't make sense, but I am confused, that's why I'm here
