Hello everyone I'm new here and I feel stupid for asking this question but does anyone else hear the hum sound? I've been hearing it all my life and never thought nothing about it until I recently seen something on TV about it. Is it just in my head or am I really hearing it . If someone has an answer please tell me thank you

Welcome, Linton2465!
Humming sounds are usually a type of tinnitus, I'm pretty sure. Tinnitus has many causes. You can find out a bit more here: What Is Tinnitus? — Causes and Treatment | NIDCD
