Hi adult ADHD is one tough thing to live with. So I really admire you for getting the help. If you need anything just let me know.

I am really one that knows a lot more about the things kids go through with ADHD and ADD but I have two grown son's now that were kids with it.
OF course they are now grown with it. And I learn some daily from both,
since they live very close to me.

But its a learning thing, and I work closely with parents that would love
to know how other adults work through their things.

So anything you would like to share they would love to hear.

Donna
