You could easily have both seizures as you called them in the brain and pseudoseizures. Its not uncommon.

Its very much possible that the seizures are very deep in your brain too.

I also want you to know that pseudoseizures is a bad name for what they are saying you have. It just means you are having seizures that aren't on a EEG,
your seizures are things you can't help.

You have seizures that are happening, they can't be controlled by you. You need medication or sometimes therapy can help them. But the kind you are describing sound like they could use a medication.

I would be very surprised honestly if dilantin is going to stop what you have going on. Do you also see a psychiatrist that understand seizures. If not you need to get one that does. This would be a very good move. He/She could help make the move to the right anti-seizure medication for you that would help with the other issues too.

Some of the medications are very good for the other things you describe, but only a combination type doctor is going to know what might work the best for you.

Please if you need to talk to someone that totally understands, I really do.

My son who is now 16, has had seizures for 8+ years, but the thing that is even more important is that he has suffered from hallucinations and some other things too.
