Hi,
My Name is Levy Belcher, I live in Glasgow, Kentucky. This is my first post. I did not find this good site until today. Looks like you have some very interesting people here. I am concerned about my wife. Can either of you help. At times her blood pressure goes way down. It will be about 60 over 45. Last Friday when she got out of bed and came to the breakfast table, she started taking her blood pressure. I noticed her beginning to lower her head. She passed out. I tried to bring her around but she would not respond. I shook her, talked to her and tried everything I knew to get her waked up. After about 5 minutes or more, I got her to respond. I finally got her to the bed and she started to be normal again. I called 911 and got her to the emergency room as fast as I could. The emeregency rood Doctor started running blood test, EKG, blood pressure etc, and sent her home. Telling her to drink coffee and eat more salt. I don' t like this for an answer. He said the caffein would bring her blood pressure up and make her feel better. We made an appointment with our family Doctor in 5 days. She advised the same kind of treatment. What do you say about this kind of treatment? Thanks, Levy |
