Default New member PTSD-Celiac Disease

Hi, I have been fighting Celiacs and Ptsd for lots of years and am finally putting the pieces of the puzzle together. I have symptoms of Adrenal fatigue and am taking an adrenal and vitamin suppliment and feeling much better. Looking for more people with this combination and more info on treating my symptoms nutritionally, trying to stay away from anti-depressant drug.
