Howdy Howdy
Came here looking for answers about TOS. Recently diagnosed and the Doctor said stop doing any upper body lifting and live with the pain. He was a specialist who said he won't operate because it's only 30% successful. Has anyone found any relief from massage or spinal adjustments? Any tricks to keep my arms from buzzing so bad they wake me up at night? Any tips for the newbie would be appreciated. I'm not workers comp, no legal issues, (yet) and I'm still working and doing many of the things that aggravate the pain. Does it get worse by itself or through my actions? Should I seek a second opinion? Thanks |
