Crazy does anyone know what this means

:hi ya all
I have posted a few times and read alot but never saw this before does anyone know what it means
the t1/t2 level demonstrates a hypoplastic disc with probable congenital blocked vertabrae

does anyone know what this means-- i mean i am alsready having enough problems i had c5-6 opeerated on twice all lumber are herniated c3-7 are hern. l4-5 stenonic and t6-7 hern, and t7-8 herniated with cord compression what else do i need to go wrong,
