Default Just wanted to say hello to all!!!

hi all,
i am a newbie to the site, and this is my first post. i have been suffering very badly with depression and anxiety. i have suffered my whole life, but since march, this year, i feel like i am totally spiraling out of control...i was hoping to do some chatting here, and read some posts, and maybe i would be able to get some insight, on how to deal with this craziness a little bit better..i need some relief...i need someone to talk to. i need help...i feel so alone. well, i hope i get to chat with some of you in the future. take care all and be well..
hugs,
china
